HCS
A general purpose, heavy duty, cleaning and degreasing liquid, HCS is a non-flammable and environmental-friendly product. It is ideal on pipes and drill-string threads for pipe and pre-maintenance clean up of pumps, winches and similar equipment. HCS is also suitable for the removal of heavy oil, tarry and waxy deposits from the interior of piping, receiving vessels and heat exchanges etc.
Industries Requiring HCS
The industries that require HCS are the palm-oil refineries, oil-and-gas (especially drilling-mud matters), shipping, transportation, building/workshop management, processing plants and factories. HCS can clean and degrease all type of metals and plastics without undue risks to the operators and users.
Directions for Use
HCS contains selected terpenoid and largely hydrocarbon solvents. HCS is a clear liquid with the characteristic citrus fragrance/odour. It has a relative density of 0.79 @ 20°C.
HCS is applied with brush and low-pressure water spray. Allow HCS to flush away oil, grease and dirt. Let it dry naturally or wipe with cloth. Do not dilute the solution.
Emergency Action
Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
Eye contact: Flush out with plenty of water.
Ingestion: Drink plenty of water and seek medical attention. Do NOT try to induce vomiting.
Spillage: Absorb in granules, sweep-up, bag and bin.
Fire: Use water mist, foam, dry powder and carbon dioxide.
