Neutralizer

What it is

Neutralizer is group of oxidization agent with antiseptic without harsh chemical mixture. A powerful oxidizer, yet versatile oxidant that is both safe and effective – strong than chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and potassium permanganate. It can be converted into hydroxyl radicals ( ‘OH )with reactivity second only to fluorine. It is a natural metabolite of many organisms, when decompose product oxygen and water. Consequently, Neutralizer has none of problems of gaseous release or chemical residues that are associated with other chemical oxidant.

Is Useful in..

  • In the growth of algae to improve water quality.
  • Control pathogenic bacteria (Clostridium, E-coil, Salmonella)
  • Decrease BOD/COD and increase efficiency of sewage treatment (save   electricity)
  • Easy to clean (save water)
  • To degrade the nutrients in sludge and release their end product as C02 and H20.
  • Inorganic oxidation (hydrolyze formaldehyde, carbon disulfide)
  • Metals oxidation (oxidizes ferrous iron, arsenic, Mn, and selenium to improve their  absorption)
  • Toxicity reduction/biodegradability improvement.
  •  Disinfection/bio-control-checks excess bio-growth in water & cooling circuits
  • Encourage microbial growth ( bioremediation of contaminated groundwater and supply oxygen to soil organisms)

Benefits

  • Non-toxic compound
  • Low maintenance costs
  • Odorless process
  • Environmental friendly

Suitable for

  • Animal wastewater, municipal wastewater, hazardous wastes.
  • Wastewater ponds of rubber and oil palm processing plants
  • Closed house in poultry farms and seedling nursery- cooling packs.
  • Very hard soil (clayey soil) to bore holes for roots to breathe
  • Removal of algae
